Home Catch Properties Ltd was founded in 2024 by Jack Hull and Nancy Warren to offer owners a management service built on real expertise, attention to detail and complete peace of mind. Together, they bring a rare and practical blend of skills to property management. Jack has spent the last 15 years running his own plumbing and heating business, giving the company a genuine, on-the-ground understanding of maintenance, contractors and how properties really work behind the scenes. Nancy built her career as a legal secretary at a London law firm, bringing the precision, compliance focus and calm professionalism that every property owner deserves from their management partner.
At the heart of everything we do are our two beautiful boys. They are our "why" — the reason we built this business. Creating a way of working that lets us be as present as possible for them is what drives us every day, and it's the same care and dedication we pour into looking after your property.
